1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through IND Advisor are final.
We maintain a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.
Once payment has been successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, exchange, transfer, adjustment, or reversal will be provided.

3. Refund Requests Will Not Be Accepted For
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong purchase
- Purchased by mistake
- Didn't like the course
- Course not matching expectations
- Found another course
- Lack of time
- Busy schedule
- Personal reasons
- Professional reasons
- Financial reasons
- Job change
- Employer requirement changed
- Lost interest
- Did not complete the course
- Watched only part of the course
- Completed the entire course
- Downloaded files
- Downloaded resources
- Slow internet
- Device issues
- Laptop/mobile compatibility issues
- Missed live sessions
- Joined late
- Forgot password
- Relocation
- Any reason not directly caused by IND Advisor
4. Digital Nature of Products
All products sold by IND Advisor are digital learning products.
Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.
Digital products cannot be returned; therefore all sales are final.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Course description
- Curriculum
- Language
- Duration
- System requirements
- Device compatibility
- Pricing
- Policy documents
before completing payment.
6. Course Access
Course access will be provided as communicated after successful payment.
Providing course access constitutes successful delivery of the purchased service.
7. No Cancellation
Registrations, memberships, course enrollments, workshop bookings, and digital purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
8. Non-Transferable Access
Purchased access is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged, or resold.
9. Technical Support
If customers experience technical issues accessing purchased content, IND Advisor will provide reasonable technical assistance.
Technical support does not qualify for refunds.
10. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a payment dispute after receiving access, IND Advisor reserves the right to suspend access and submit purchase records, login logs, invoices, and related evidence during the payment dispute process.
11. Acceptance
By purchasing any product or service, customers confirm that they have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Policy Updates
IND Advisor reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
